- Approval – Manager Level
Learn the various approval options including report review; what you may/may not change
in a report; sending the entire report back or just an individual expense item and how
to include ad hoc approvers. - Approval – Processer Level
This approval moves the report into a batch queue to close in preparation for reimbursement. This is the last opportunity to send the expense report back to the employee if changes are required. - Approval – Batch Level
In this step, the batch of reports is closed and the expense data is locked and cannot be changed.
