This Pivot Payables Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Pivot Payables, Inc. (“Pivot Payables,” “we,” “us,” or

content, forms, downloads, calculators, calculator results, demos, videos, product information, marketing materials,
support links, email links, and other website features (collectively, the “Website”).
This Policy applies only to information collected in connection with the Website, and not to Pivot Payables’ online
services or other services. Information processed in connection with Pivot Payables’ online services is addressed
separately in the applicable customer agreement and the Pivot Payables Service Privacy Notice.
Pivot Payables is based in the United States. We currently direct most of our website marketing activities to business
contacts in the United States and Canada, but our Website may be accessed from other locations, and we may receive
inquiries from individuals or organizations outside the United States and Canada.
