Enhanced Reporting
A new export includes Cardholder, Purchase details, Report ID and data, GL string elements, and Matched, Accrued, Reconciled flags.
Cardholder Management Enhancements
You can now add users individually and control email preferences.
Exclude Account from Reconciliation
You can now exclude card accounts you don’t to be part of statement reconciliation.
Email Activity View
Click the envelope icon to see email history per cardholder, including address,
subject, and send date.
Access Closed Statements
Closed statements now appear in a separate menu, showing the full statement, matched, and unmatched/accrued items.
1. Matched & Unmatched Report Export
LET’S DO THIS!
- Open a statement
- Click Export
- Save the File
COOL NEW STUFF!
- Cardholder: Employee details
- Transaction: Purchase information
- Expense: Report ID and transaction details
- Segments: GL String segments
- Status: Is Matched, Is Accrued, Is Reconciled
2. ADD & EDIT cardholders
LET’S DO THIS!
- Click Manage Cardholders
- Edit User: Highlight Cardholder Name and Click Edit icon
- Add a Cardholder: Click Add
- Plus of course you can still use the cardholder import
COOL NEW STUFF!
- Included: Designates if the transactions for this user should be included in the Reconciliation.
Example setting shows [ON/do include in Reconciliation] - Send Email: Designates if this user should receive Reminder Emails.
Example setting is set to [OFF/do not send email.
3. VIEW EMAIL REMINDER LOG
LET’S DO THIS!
- Envelope icon displays the number of emails sent
to the cardholder - Click the envelope to view

- Includes email address, subject, and date sent
4. VIEW CLOSED STATEMENTS
LET’S DO THIS!
- Click Closed

- View any Closed statement
- Export details
