PivotEQ | reminders that get things done

Because the right nudge, with the right information, makes all the difference.

See PivotEQ Reminders in Action

Expense reports aren’t usually late because people don’t care — they’re late because people are busy. PivotEQ’s reminders are designed to meet cardholders where they are, with the right message at the right time.

Below are three examples of pre-written PivotEQ reminder emails. Customers can use these as-is, edit them to match their voice, or create entirely custom reminders. PivotEQ also gives you full control over when reminders are sent — for example, one week before your accounting deadline or on a specific day of the week that gets better results. Maybe not Saturday?

1. Friendly Heads-Up

Sent right after the credit card statement closes, this message is intentionally low-pressure. It simply lets cardholders know their transactions are ready to review — no scolding. It’s  the 30,000-foot view. What is needed and when.

“You’re not in trouble — but the clock is ticking.”

2. Gentle Nudge

About a week later, PivotEQ checks back in. This reminder reinforces why timely expense reports matter and encourages cardholders to wrap things up while there’s still plenty of time. It’s supportive, helpful, and easy to act on.

“Now’s a good time to knock this out.”

3. Final Reminder

As the deadline approaches, the tone shifts. This message is clear, direct, and urgent — there are only a few days left, and action is required now. No confusion, no extra clicks, just a straightforward path to completion.

“We’re almost out of runway!”
